  sprinkler pipeline painting

  Our activities specialize among others also in painting of sprinkler piping and all components necessary for its assembly, such as brackets, T-pieces, branches, reducers, plugs, bends, IPE profiles, etc. For painting we have at our disposal facilities in Brno, Czech Republic, where we paint pipes from DN 15 to DN 300. Daily capacity for painting of pipings up to DN 65 is 1 200 m. In the past two years we have realized painting jobs for manufacturers of sprinkler extinguishing systems at the total extent of 130 000 m. 

Piping is delivered to our facilities directly from its manufacturers. It is delivered in bulk in packages in order to save shipping costs. Before application of coating compositions dirt, grease and rust are removed from the pipes. Zincphospahte ground coat and then synthetic top coat are applied on the prepared base. The finishing coat can be applied in glossy, semi-glossy or mat versions of requested RAL tints. Standard total thickness of paint coats necessary for the 60 months guarantee provided by us is 80 microns. After the paint coats are applied and the coating compositions are dried out the piping is ready for shipping. For safe and careful transportation we use wooden transportation material (stacking strips and pallets). Price of this material is not charged upon shipment. For easy manipulation and storage of the piping the wooden material is loaned to the customer at no charge. Only in case the customer refuses to return this transportation material it is then charged (40 EUR/4m pallet and 1.5 EUR/stacking strip). 

The properly packed piping is then delivered to a construction site for "just in time" assembly. It is done operationally upon agreement with the assembly manager at the construction site in order to prevent risk of damage or loss of the piping stored at the construction site. The price of this kind of transportation is approximately 1EUR/km/3 pallets of piping. In case the customer emphasizes swiftness of delivery his piping is given priority for painting. Shipment to the construction site is then done by trucks with capacity 12 pallets of piping. In case of pipes up to DN 40 it is possible to ship 4 300 m in one consignment. 

The price of transportation is then2 EUR/km/12 pallets of piping. As part of our services we are able to provide for all-inclusive organization of the transportation of your piping from the place of manufacture to our facilities and then to the construction site for assembly. We provide transportation in the Czech Republic as well abroad.
